Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using DevLensPro (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Dafnck Studio LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States.

DevLensPro is a browser extension and MCP server that allows developers to:

• Select DOM elements by clicking in the browser
• Capture element information (CSS, selector, position)
• Send element data to Claude Code via MCP protocol
• Facilitate AI-assisted debugging and development

4. License

DevLensPro is a proprietary software product. Subject to your active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the software for your development purposes
• Install the extension on your authorized devices
• Connect to the MCP server with your subscription

The software and its source code remain the property of Dafnck Studio LLC.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DevLensPro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Extension to capture data from websites without authorization
• Scrape or harvest data in violation of website terms of service
• Attempt to reverse engineer protected websites or applications
• Use the Extension for any malicious or illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The DevLensPro name, logo, branding, and all source code are the property of Dafnck Studio LLC. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software. You may not use our trademarks without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Extension at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAFNCK STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dafnck Studio LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend access to the cloud relay service at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
